For Fresh Flower Arrangements
Will the fresh floral arrangements always be exactly how they look in the pictures?
Flowers are seasonal and more than 90% of our local floral supplies are imported. We always restock our flower supply with the freshest flowers available. If a particular flower is not available, we will replace it with one of equal or greater value, and of similar colours as much as possible.
How many days in advance do I need to place a fresh flowers arrangement order?
We will need at least 7 days in advance to plan the flowers needed for your design and confirm your order. This will help to prevent flower wastage as much as possible.
Do you deliver 7 days a week?

What time will deliveries be done?
Our deliveries are done from 10am-6pm. However, if there is a delay in delivery due to unforeseen traffic circumstances, we will inform you.

What if the recipient is not in to receive their flowers?
The flowers must be delivered as they are perishable, and they will be delivered based on the time slot selected by our customer. If the recipient is not in to receive their flowers, the courier will attempt to contact the recipient with the contact number provided. If there is no response, the courier will use their best judgement as to where to leave the flowers. The courier will take a photo and send the recipient to prove that the flowers have been delivered.
Do you do re-deliveries?
Flowers are perishable hence we do not offer re-delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided to receive the flowers is accurate.
Do our delivery charges go directly to our couriers?
Yes, 100% of our delivery charges goes to our couriers who drive and cycle. If we do get a courier discount for multiple deliveries made in a day, we will donate any extra funds to Care Channels, a non-profit organisation that also incorporates sustainable practices while working among the poor and marginalised in Asia.
What if the delivery arrives later than the expected timing?
We're sorry if that happens. It is likely to happen only when there are unforeseen circumstances or rainy weather that affects traffic conditions (e.g. fallen tree on highway, heavy rain, car accidents). In the event if your recipient is unable to wait further than the expected delivery time to receive the flowers, please contact us.
